Malcolm and Juls are based in Wrocław, Poland, traveling and ministering in this Eastern European region, in various roles for over 40 years. Originally they were sent out with the Navigators.

They coordinate a network of 16 indigenously-led, mission-oriented, interdenominational ministries called Central Eurasian Partners, working in eight countries, some of them sensitive. These partners are working in evangelism and disciple-making: youth, student, and children's work; widows and orphans; arts, education, and business; church growth; and holistic ministry.

They have helped initiate new platforms in society for ministry, are involved in Bible study groups, seminary teaching, sermons in churches, and counseling, enabling national laborers in creative outreach enterprises, aiming at spiritual transformation, social impact, and financial self-sustainability.

These past few years, the Cleggs have been heavily involved in ministry to Ukraine because of the ongoing war.
