The Lame family is currently stateside while getting medical care for their son, Luka. Both Gazi and Bethany continue to lead D3 from Cincinnati, Ohio. Gazi communicates regularly with Flori (staff employee) and the orphanage director to help our partnership with the orphanage remain strong. He makes visits to Albania and helps with summer teams and camps. Bethany works on the administrative side of D3 and helps with donor communications. 

They plan to use their time in the states to strengthen D3 and develop new ministry connections. D3 has a vision to serve youth transitioning out of the orphanage by creating a group home. They are hoping to develop this dream more while in the USA so it can become a reality.
